Temperature-controlled shipment is our expertise. Using a dedicated fleet of vehicles and/or hand packages, we make temperature-controlled deliveries under the following conditions:

- -20°C, Ice-Pack cooling
- 5°C, Ice-Pack cooling
- 20°C, Ice-Pack cooling

Absolutely. We handle import permits (as well as export, when necessary) of samples of a variety of types and coordinate this with the competent authorities: The Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Economy.
Our monitoring tools vary depending on the destination and need. In domestic shipments, we provide means of temperature and location monitoring. In international shipments, we also offer moisture monitoring and light exposure.
PharmEx’s home care service is designed to provide the patient and caregiver with the best conditions available. As part of this service, we offer medication delivery services, medical equipment, and sample transport, and the provision of suitable storage packages for maintaining the optimum temperature for medical preparations in the patient’s home, including guidance when needed.
